Reflections on Supervision

An open notebook and pen on a linen surface beside a ceramic cup and sprig of foliage — a quiet space for reflection.

Supervision is one of the quiet, sustaining parts of being a counsellor. It is a space where the practitioner becomes the one being listened to.

Good supervision can support ethical practice, professional development and emotional wellbeing. It is also a place to slow down, notice what is happening in the work, and bring honesty to the relationships we hold with clients.

If you are a qualified or trainee counsellor curious about supervision, you can read more on the supervision page.
