Laura Hall
MBACP, MNCPS (Acc.)

I qualified as a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist in 2022, and I’m also qualified to work with children, young people, and people who have experienced adoption or fostering. I live in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, and work online with clients across the UK and further afield.
I welcome anyone who would like to have a chat about how counselling may benefit them, and I’ll always be honest about whether I feel I’m the right counsellor for you.
For me, person-centred therapy is a space where there are no expectations around what you discuss or the pace you bring things. It’s a place to explore your emotions and experiences without fear of judgement.
I specialise in working with BPD/EUPD, neurodiversity, and clients from the LGBTQA+ community. Part of why I became a counsellor comes from my own mental health journey, and I know what it feels like to struggle, feel burnt out, and not know where to turn.
