Counselling & Therapy

An authentic, accepting space to talk things through

I offer person-centred counselling online — a warm, confidential space for adults, young people, and people with adoption or fostering experiences.

Online counselling available across the UK.

How it feels

Counselling at your pace

Person-centred counselling is led by you. There's no script and no expectation that you'll arrive with everything worked out — the space is shaped around what you bring, at the pace that feels right.

I aim to offer an authentic, accepting and non-judgemental space to talk. Sometimes that means exploring something specific; sometimes it means giving voice to something that has felt difficult, confusing or heavy to carry alone.

Over time, counselling can help you understand yourself a little more clearly and make sense of what you're feeling — gently, and in your own words.

You do not need to have the right words before you begin.

How does online counselling work?

Sessions take place online by secure video. Working this way can make therapy feel more accessible — there's no travel, and you can be somewhere that already feels comfortable.

You'll need a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection. Practical details are confirmed before your first session.
